This is not an insurance company. This is a facility that can temporarily house refugees from Hurricanes or other disasters. They have many showers, cots, restrooms, and rules. People are allowed to use their cell phones. Friends or family can pick you up from here, without having to go into a devestated area. They had many troops & state police to keep order & peace. No weapons, alcohol or drugs. Medics were available. Buses ran to Walmart. It was an excellent shelter for Harvey refugees.

Gene & Ann McDonald are my grandparents they told me to do this review for this shelter for them and saying they really enjoyed their stay and loved the kind hospitality from the staff and volunteers here also the fact that they took in their pets.Thank yall soo much !!
