They are not customer oriented, the managers are all on some type of promotional push to sign up as much as they can without recourse from the members. The Ina & Oracle location is understaffed, stressed out and their manager is a BIT*H... She is pushy, rude and on top of this she continued to cross sell me stuff that I did not want or request. At the end of the day I closed my account and moved across the street. They are NOT better than a bank. They are a bank.

Better than a bank is TFCU. It is very reliable and has served me very well. I never appreciate it more than when banks started hitting me with fees. I feel safe with TFCU knowing they are going to hit me with fees if I do not have 500 in the bank account or the like. The bank personnel are very helpful, and go out of their way for me when I needed them to, for instance when I had my mortgage refinanced, they helped me with paperwork.

I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful (I have only used the Speedway & Alvernon location). My only complaint, which is actually directed at most (if not all) credit unions in the state, is that fees are a bit higher and services & hours are more limited than those in the state from which I came. Having said that, TFCU is far, far better than any bank without a doubt. I have no reason to look elsewhere.

Outrageously bad service. had me wait 20 min for a call center, then they could not give me the information Asked them to transfer me directly to the bank. Never happened and i had to listen to their awful muzak. Never got through.

Extremely rude collection agent types in their management ranks. I have been a member for 6 years and everything is ok until you run into hard times, then they treat you like the scum of the earth
