No tellers!?!? The people that are actually working inside are not much help. My debit card had plastic numbers laminated on the card and were peeling off. HOW CHEAP?? Also I signed the papers to get my points merged to the same card at that never got faxed or put through. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF SWITCHING TO CHASE. ILL TAKE WELL TRAINED (REAL LIFE PRESENT TELLERS), MORE USER FRIENDLY ONLINE BANKING AND APPS, AND WAYYYY MORE LOCATIONS OVER A SLIGHTLY BETTER LOAN RATE ANY DAY. GTE YOU ARE A DINOSAUR GOING EXTINCT.

THE NEW SYSTEM ... NO TELLERS NO DRIVE THRU STINKS ESPECIALLY FOR OLDER CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE ISSUES ON A CANE OR WHEEL CHAIR ETC IN THE PAST THE DRIVE THRU WAS PERFECT FOR THIS AM LOOKING FOR NEW BANK ASAP
