This was my favorite navy federal to go to because at one time no one knew about it and the lines were never long. Go there now and sometimes the lines are out the door. But like a most Navy ferderals the employees are very nice and kind to me, very respectful too and at this location as well. If you get there around 445 to handle any banking stuff that cant be done at the teller the hurry to get to you because they want to go home. So I get there late just to get faster service. I only know of this branch and the branch on imperial. If anyone know any other navy federal bank in the san diego area let me know please

I have been a member for over ten years they have always been friendly and accommodating nothing like the big banks who take your money and leave you with nothing but fees, the only draw back I can say is getting a loan your score will have to be impeccable but with that said they always have good rates and good customer service.

friendly staff, clean, a free computer with internet access and a place to sit, a convenient bathroom near the main door for customer use. but usually a rather long wait in line for service and tellers are behind impersonal thick bullet-proof glass.

The member service reps are the worst ever. I work in the finance industry and like navy federal so I am not biased. It literally took 3 trips JUST TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO PRINT A LOAN DOCUMENT! I received an apology from corporate after I was done.

The lines are always long. The customer service is not that great. Been given wrong information several times. Its not just this location either. They have great rates and if you only need to use the ATM, then you will have a great experience.

Called before I came in to see if they can deposit a check into my account, they said yes but when I drove all the way there they turned me away. Horrible service and the lady that helped me was a bi!€h

Not good. Tried to get a home loan but they were so bad I used someone else. Also some else for car loan, savings options, I only use them for check deposits now.

Im a 12 year member and someone who just sat down got called before me....Not Happy. They have all these bank tellers and no one at the desk.. COME ON!!!!
