I pre-qualified with USAA and initially planned to go forward with them given my experience with some of their other products. Bad idea. Once my offer was accepted and USAA came through with their rates and closing costs, I was very surprised by how out of line they were with the norm and started shopping around more. After talking with Quicken and some other national loan servicers I was left feeling unsettled. Stress levels were very high at this point. I felt like USAA had really let me down. Petya was very transparent in her quote for my loan and was very helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns at all hours of the day. I think we spoke as late as 11:30pm one night. Petya provided great local service, backed by a solid regional bank. I would recommend her to anyone in the San Diego area!

Petya is not just a very knowledgable and experienced senior loan professional she is also very friendly and fun to work with. She helped us with our first loan which, with us being European foreigners was probably not a very easy case. This was a couple of years ago and now we choose her to structure the refinancing. Patiently, she explained all our questions (again), giving us always the level of comfort needed in such an incredibly regulated process.
