I am an experienced Realtor in the San Diego area and have worked with hundreds of lenders. By far Andrew is the best that I have worked with. I recently purchased a new home and he completed the loan for me in 11 days. His team was extremely efficient and explained everything well. He is true to his word, very responsive and has the ability to explain confusing things in a simple and clear way. Professionally, many of my clients are using their VA loan and Andrew, being a Veteran himself, truly understands my clients personal situation and needs. He is an expert in the VA loan and all its nuances. He goes above and beyond in helping clients of mine that are not even using him. I have sold tons of condos/townhomes where the listing agent did not think the complex was VA approved but Andrew took the time to dig deeper and to really look to see if it was listed under a track number or parcel number. Most to the time it was to help a fellow military brother or sister that was not even using him. I cannot say enough about him and his team both personally and professionally. Highly recommended if you want to be more then just one of 60 files like some online lenders or bigger banks. They intimately know your file and with the difficulty in lending these days, you want someone that has your back. Benchmark knows VA loans! Great team that is with you through the entire process. Other brokers claim to know VA loans; but must tried to discourage me from using them. After another broker could not execute; Andrew and his team got me approved and processed in less than 10 days. I would have not closed if it was not for Benchmark. Andrew drove 2 hrs late at night to personally deliver loan docs. These guys make it happen. They will not waste your time and are straight shooters. If you are REALTOR or Buyer; you really need them on your team.
