He provided top shelf service throughout the process including always making himself available (by phone, email, or text), taking the time to answer my many questions (and doing so quite candidly and clearly), and delivering on what he represented. He helped us meet a very tight timeline including getting a conditional loan approval by Day 20 of escrow! Even more impressive than his speed was how much genuine pride and care he took in his role, which ultimately gave me confidence and peace of mind throughout the process that we were in great hands -- and indeed, we were.
