Always friendly and always helpful. Also might sound simple or not important, but their user account layouts are spot on. I love just logging in and being able to see all my accounts neatly, and in very simple fashion listed. No ads, no clutter. Just a list of checking, savings, credit cards, loans. No jumping through different tabs or different parts of the website.

Excellent credit union. Great credit card products, no fee checking. Went to Chase for a cashiers check and they wanted $8. Navy Federal was free. Seriously considering moving all my funds over.
