We ended up staying at this hotel twice on last minute notice. Anna greeted us and was extremely helpful with coordinating the laundry with another guest who left wet clothes in the washer. She also allowed us to move rooms because our original room smelled strongly of cleaners. When we returned for a second night she already checked our new room to make sure it was okay. I really appreciated her great customer service!

Decent overall for a Holiday Inn Express. The beds are comfortable, everything looks well kept. TV is an issue, shuts off randomly when changing channels, lacks a bunch of channels. 3 news channels, 1 movie channel, rather lacking. Internet feels sluggish at times. As a whole, great for working from, not for spending extended time in the room. Low end for a Holiday Inn, but still better than most.

This Hotel is Amazing. Here Everything was nice & clean and new. Quiet. Good Breakfast. There is a very large shopping center behind the hotel so all kinds of family restaurants, grocery stores, etc. are all close.Staff is very pleasant and they also put out free snacks and beverages during the day. Free computer and Internet access. We Really Enjoyed Our Stay . I will give 5 Star for this Hotel.

Very good hotel, we were from 22 September to 07 October at this hotel. Breakfast was good, the rooms clean and the staff very attentive. We have no objection found

This is just a quick note to thank "Pam", and the HI Ex staff who took the time to send me the sports watch that I left in my room on 11/18. The watch was not very expensive, but my children had given it to me. I left it in the room during my hasty check-out. Pam gracioulsy found it for me, and mailed it ASAP!! My thx for the entire HI Ex Union City staff for their very personal service.

Nice location. Room was a bit warm overnight, despite setting thermostat low. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was the standard fare, but the orange juice was not the best (my big test at every express). Room was very quiet. Another problem (usual though at most expresses) waa the lack of plugs on both bed tables (one had then only). Nowadays this is a largely important item.

I am so disappointed in you. I booked your hotel from 14 to 19 Sep 2015. I got delayed and reached only on 15 Sep 2015. You not only charged me for "no show" but stranded me by saying you were full. Words cannot describe the plight of a lone women from India coming to US not knowing where to stay the night. Wow! You are simply awesome.

I wend to the location and have to say that the customer service was great but found that the room that i got was not that clean. It seemed that the carpet was not fully vacuumed. Other then that, i would have given this site at least a five star.

Good hotel, complimentary breakfast and crew. Close to many restaurants and stores (walking distance). Unfortunately, some aspects of it show its age, such as the elevators.

The staff was nice to help my kids getting their breakfast and the place was clean also, there was a nice shopping center in the back with a movie theater.
