EECU is consistently giving out my private information to my ex wife despite me demanding over and over for them not to. I have changed my password and security questions multiple times, however she calls whenever she wants and they talk to her about my account. Closing down the account as soon as I can get in there. Avoid EECU if you value your financial privacy.

Join the bank and opened checking and saving account. Such a pain in the butt. Indian lady helping us, misspelled everything. We get our checks(charged us $25) and our street is misspelled due to her carelessness. Also call on the phone and they are extremely rude. Feeling so annoyed right now!

Unlike their Watauga counterpart, the Hurst branch is light, airy, and everyone has a huge smile on their faces. They are welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every way possible. What a difference a few miles make! Kudos to the staff at EECU Hurst!!!
