They do not have enough staff to take care of customers. I had to wait 35 minutes to see someone. It would have been easier to fax documents to the 800 number than to wait. Staff is friendly.

I have been a member since I joined the Navy in 1995, however there needs to be more locations in DFW, i have to drive from Desoto to go to the branch in Arlington, Tx. Not convenient at all.

I love this bank. Will never used another. If you used E-Deposit be sure you understand how it work if not just go into the office and deposit you money or have it ACH....(I love it)
