I have been with Community Choice Credit Union for about 2 years. I have ALWAYS been treated with kindness and respect. They do an excellent job at customer service and satisfaction. This is the first time since I moved to the Des Moines area 10 years ago that I feel "at home" with a credit union. My questions are always welcomed and answered. Because of my two jobs and where I live, I visit Altoona, Ankeny, West Des Moines and Downtown locations. THANK YOU!

The advertise that they are there to help you consolidate your "Bills". Really they are like every other bank. You are just a number on an application. No thought process there. Much like a blackjack dealer. They know how to fill out applications but never have been trained to look further in.

I have been banking here since 1979 and have always had excellent, courteous service. Even though I have not lived in Des Moines since 1999, I would never dream of changing my accounts to another financial institution.

Horrible place to bank. IMHO. I still stand by this a few years after my review. Customer service is seriously lacking in this organization. If I could give it less than a star I would.
