Well what we can see from another post in response, " Our goal is to provide "Wow" service for our members at every opportunity. " They have the Wow part right, such that WOW it is terrible service and I will be closing my account within these next two weeks after my last check I have sent out posts. Absolutely terrible service. In addition, I purchased checks and they were horrendously overpriced. Update - 8/18/17 As a reply had noted a manager would be in touch. I thought i would point out that a manager never did get in touch. A testament to the poor customer service.

Pioneer federal is got to be hands down the worst bank, they do not tell you when updating your account passwords or logins. They give you the run aranyoneound charge you late fees for mistakes on their end. Call for customer service and expect to wait 20-30min on hold before some one can assist you in your issues. Then the people who do try to help you are untrained and useless and donl not solve the issue. I would not recommend these clowns to anyone.

Pioneer Federal Credit Union has been the best place to bank! They always welcome you with a smile and treat you as if you were family. I always feel comfortable going into a branch and confident that they will take care of me and my needs. I would recommend Pioneer FCU to anyone who is looking for a financial institution that cares about its members and the communities they reside in.

I just had the worst time dealing with Pioneer FCUs loan department. I paid off the loan and they "unfortunatley made a mistake in the paperwork" and it took 2 1/2 months for me to receive the title. Dont be like me - be smart and take your business elsewhere.

Advertised hours open until 1900 on Friday (Meridian branch). Drove straight there after work arriving at 1815, and found everything closed including the drive thru. How burnt is that?
