Great experience with their tires and car battery. They keep moving their inventory to new locations (within the large store) which wastes a lot time trying to find the moved items- there is no one to ask and the isles are not arranged with any apparent logic. They are apparently moving to "self checkout" since it is becoming difficult to find an "open" checkout with a real person. I try to avoid the semi- robot checkout. We will all be "displaced" if this trend continues.

Ok i have one problem with the store it the food section they did not cook my pizza that cost 15.00 dollars. It was the family combo it was not cooked i had had betters service before.They were rude and not caring for there customers who were there purchasing food.It is always the same woman thats rude. PS. Please be nice and cook the food. But besides that great service area.

I have never been to a Sams that had the slowest staff working the cafe ..I thought it was the sloth off of zootopia.. The guy that took my money got my order wrong and I thought I was going to fall asleep watching him roll up a hot dog in the wraper..Get some help people of Sams..Bristol VA has the best cafe by far.

Good selection of large quantity items at good prices. I highly recommend the scan and go app! Scan items as you shop, click checkout, then show the checkout screen to door clerk as you leave. Very simple and saves alot of time.

Prices are good on what they have. My biggest complaint with sams is their constant changing of whats on the shelves in terms of both items and brands.
