I received vey little help after attempting to set up an automatic transfer. I was told I needed to do the process using my own computer at home. Not helpful and not impressed. I will be cancelling my account and transferring institutions.

The waiting room is full! The branch manager just instructed his only free employee to take a lunch and he himself was leaving as will. The people in the waiting room will have to wait until the meeting is out. Fabulous customer service !
