Try to call this branch and speak to an associate. Go ahead. Just try. Then try again. After wading through the recorded options, the phone rings about five times, after which a cheerful recording tells you that "everyone is assisting customers," and then it hangs up. Do you see this map? This part of the world is called the Middle East. For as long as anyone can remember, it has been besieged by war, violence, and bloodshed. But after trying to speak to anyone at Bank Of America, I now believe that peace in the Middle East is more likely than a human being on the phone at this crappy, crappy bank.

Bank of america customer service has and most likely will always be in the crapper. I do my best to stick with non-human interaction when possible as a way to ensure a beneficial experience. At this location, thats not possible with the atms constantly being down. If at all possible, take your banking elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They have 1 window open in drive through and 1 bank teller inside. The wait is absolutely ridiculous. Something needs to change. Or I will have to change who I bank with. This is the only bank of America in this area.

They never have enough tellers open, the drive through is closed on Sat and the line is litteraly always out the door. Nice tellers just plan to spend 20-30 extra minutes if you go on a Saturday!
