I am living in this area ....I tried this branch two time for simple transaction (deposit money)..my experience is worst ....This is one of the worst place to avoid, incompetent, unprofessional staff members, to cover their lack of knowledge they show their attitude. I am not sure these people are really trained or understand what banking service is.........waste of money and waste of time....my suggestion to bofa is train this people properly before customer engagement....

Bank of America, One of the worst bank, First I went to the branch in Springfield, it was a long line, waited 20 minutes and left, I was heading to Pentagon City, so end up going to Bank of America on Eads Rd, there were Seven People of Ahead of me and there was one teller, it took almost 20 minutes, before this teller could move to next customer and finally I gave up. This bank is in verge of going under

Apparently when they are busy they just ignore customers in the drive up teller lane. Sat in line for ten minutes (sign for the lane said "open") with my kids screaming in the back seat before I gave up and left. Pressed the Call button but no one would come to the window.
