Applied for a loan to consolidate my debt. Was told no because of debt to income ratio along eith other excuses. I applied at another credit union for the same amount as DMCU and was aproved on the spot. Branch hours and location are horrible. Everything must be done in person and during regular business hours. So if you work or if you have anything else to do you might as well cancel all your plans to spend the day waiting in line.

None of the locations are convenient. You cannot do any business on the website you have to go to a location for everything. The staff is not helpful. They like to chat with each other instead of helping the customer. I will be closing all of my accounts and switching VERY soon.
