2 stars because of its great location and hours. Member service reps? Disappointing. For some reason everyone was greeted upon entering the branch except for myself (the youngest person in the branch). The member service rep I encountered looked as if she were just ready for me to leave the branch. I gave specific instructions on my check deposit only to have them ignored. The teller completely disregarded it causing me to deal with a longer check hold than necessary as well as 0 availability of funds. Next time I will save myself the trouble and go to a ATM. I will never go out of my way to visit this branch again. Minimal “customer service”

Strong credit union with good rates. Good customer service at this location but not exceptional. Certainly better than some nearby banks. Need to be military or military contractor or have one in household to qualify.
