I recently opened an account with Credit Human almost a month ago, and it has been the WORST experience I have ever had from a financial institution. If I could leave 0 stars I would! The bankers do NOT know the meaning of customer service. The banker at the location near 1604 and 281 called me difficult simply because I wanted 3 accounts, 2 with my husband and I, and the last one with just myself. But apparently that is too difficult! To make my experience even worse, I noticed a courtesy pay charge on my account one day after visiting the grocery store. I had transferred plenty of money into my spending account 5 minutes prior to swiping my card and the transfer even said it went through. I called to have it refunded and the representative said I should have been more responsible and transferred the money even sooner! She also refused to refund the fee. I do not believe that I should be at fault for their slow systems; I did my part and made the transfer. I even escalated the issue to a supervisor with no luck. I WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNTS. DONT GO TO CREDIT HUMAN.
