Had an issue with my card being stolen and used, Michele was very quick to help me shut the account down, get a new card and provided all of the information I needed to press charges and getting my money back. Not too cramped when busy, and a very nice and welcoming atmosphere.

Twice now my boyfriend has had his account drop to 0.00 when he should have had over 200$. His card number was stolen and used in California, yet was never flagged. We had to fight to get his money back. Worst bank around, we will be moving institutions Monday.
