I was a walk-in looking for a quote for auto insurance. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. The agent that worked on my quote gathered all my information in order to assist me in finding the best price possible and got back to me on the next business day to inform me that I already had the best price. Even though I was not able to have my insurance written through Wallin I will always refer my friends and family to them because of their friendly and professional staff. Their staff goes up and beyond to help.

As a home owner, Wallin Insurance has amazing customer service. There was an explosion in my neighborhood and I was out of town and could not assess the potential damage to my home. Peter, the owner, went to my home to make sure that it was okay for me! I personally do not know of any other insurance agent that would take time out of his Friday evening to drive 20 miles to my home and look it over. THAT IS EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
