The TFI Insurance staff is great! When I was first introduced, I have to say I was reserved because it is insurance. Trevor walked my wife and I through everything step-by-step, with our home, auto and life policies. He took the time to find out our insurance needs and answer every question my wife and I had, making purchasing insurance easy and not selling us what we did not need. Trevor even reached out to me when a better policy came along for our house. He met us on our schedule, and made sure we were always in the loop on what was going on. I have dealt with a lot of "big box" insurance companies, but I will be using TFI Insurance from now on because of their professionalism and personal touch.

30 years ago i met with Mark to start a life insurance policy and I have had the pleasure of being a "family" member since that day. This family has been there for me on a number of occasions, when in the hospital mark came to visit and make sure my insurance needs were met. When my wife passed they came to the funeral home and brought food for the guests. They care about people, I know this because we did not have any life insurance on my wife but they came to show support anyway. I have watched this business grow and have watched as Trevor takes the family business into the future. You should be proud of what you have built for your future generations Mark.

TFI Insurance...WOW! As a retired Firefighter with years of experience seeing both sides of how insurance and insurance agents operate I honestly say Trevor Tarpinian is a cut above the rest. Honest, trusted, dependable are all words that describe my dealings with Trevor, so much so that I pay slightly more for insurance than I could to stay with TFI. Karen, again WOW! When issues arise as they sometime do, Karen is who you want on the other end of the phone. A recent communication problem between my mortgage holder and insurance company was resolved by Karen quicker than a hiccup! Trust me when I say, these people are who you want to do business with.

Using TFI was the best decision I have made regarding insurance, they took the time to walk me through the process and explained any questions I had. The best part about TFI is the way they handle the process from start to finish, it was very helpful having Trevor there to explain the finer details of insurance and how even minor tweaks to my coverage could protect myself and my family from future claims, etc. This a company that prides itself on taking care of the customer and ensuring they get what they need, not what makes them the most amount of money. By far the best experience I have had when in comes to purchasing insurance.

Trevor has been exceptionally pro-active, trustworthy, and thoughtful in his approach to insurance. He was able to work with our disability insurance to remove a 25% rating with minimal effort from my part within about a year of establishing the policy. Additionally, I am grateful for the work he did prior to a close family member having a terrible accident, which left this person un-insurable. He did everything right to set us well for the future. Furthermore, when we moved out of state, he was also able to refer us to other insurance providers to help us. Highly recommended, and I will continue to refer others to him.

Our experience has been very positive. We were with a well known company for over 30 years only to find out we had no flood coverage when we needed it in August of 2014. We also found out our home and auto were not insured properly. Sadly it took an unfortunate event to make us do a little research. We are not only covered properly now but our premium is lower. I am amazed at how unprofessional this office was. We have shared a customer for years. I carry their personal insurance and TFI carried their commercial policies. Unfortunately this customers business dissolved so they cancelled their commercial policies and are now insuring their vehicles personally. I called to obtain a simple document pertaining to the commercial auto policy and Trevor told me that the customer should not have "dumped" him, refused to help me and then hung the phone up on me.
