My husband and I have been putting off getting life insurance for quite some time now. After looking into several options, we decided to work with Aaron Seitz State Farm. The experience was so great. He was extremely thorough on the explanations on what was being covered. He met us after hours on the night before Thanksgiving - gave up his family time to make sure our family was covered. He was very understanding about our 7 month old crawling around his office during the entire process as well. Since then, he has been very thorough on follow up with our survey and other options we discussed that night. The thought and reasoning why someone gets life insurance is scary, but Aaron made us feel very comfortable and treated us like we were his family. I have referred him to friends and family already and I am confident that will have the same experience we had.

I was a loyal customer of a different local insurance agency for the 19 years before I switched to Aaron Seitz insurance agency. I couldnt be happier with my decision, since I have switched I had the unfortunate event of a structure fire at a rental unit. I didnt know what to do but the first call I made was to Aarons office, Aaron himself met me at the residence to help me thru the process and helped bird dog the claim process all the way thru statefarm. He is a relentless worker who cares about his clients and truely represents what I believe an insurance agent should be. When dealing with an unfortunate event that requires an insurance claim you want an agency like this on your side. Aaron and the rest of his staff are top notch, they are helpful, responsive, polite and professional. If I could give this agency 6 stars I would.

Outstanding service!! In over 35 years of home insurance coverage, I have never heard of an agent personally coming out late at night to a home and personally assisted with the interaction with the adjuster so that time delays could be minimized! My family was so impressed with Aaron and the way he conducts his business that we would happily recommend him and his high quality staff for your insurance needs. You buy home, car and life insurance hoping you never have to use it, but if you do need to use it, you want quick repairs and not having to argue over every little detail to get there. Aaron and his super staff conduct themselves to the highest standards and really do make you feel like one of their valued customers. My one word description would be impressive!!!
