Montana Health Co-op needs to work very hard on their communication with their clients. After enrolling I received an email confirmation, but it was over 3 weeks before they sent me client benefit information. After 2 months of receiving no bill I called and was hung up on twice. I sent multiple emails with no response. Wrote them a letter, just trying to get my billing statement! Three weeks later I got a letter from them dropping me for failure to pay. If this is the communication when I am trying to pay my bill, I imagine that i must be hell trying to get claims processed!!

Agree the out of state office is very very bad BUT the local Helena office has been the BEST ever and has helped me for the past three years. I have spoken with numerous staff on the phone over the years and they have all been very courteous and very knowledgeable each and every time. Yes premiums have gone up along with everywhere else every year BUT certainty not the fault of those within the office. They are the best and deserve a huge thank you for making my life better over the past three years. Thank you! J. VanVoast
