I was Kind of lost in Auto insurance, after contacting many insurance companies to get my two cars insured made it even difficult to decide what is the best deal. I finally got lucky somehow finding Joe Andrus with State Farm over the phone. He was so helpful from the word go and explained everything so thoroughly over the phone. I went to his office and was even surprised when I met his staff. I got the price way lower than my expectation and even got a better deal from what I was having before with a company for more than 3 years. I would definitely recommend Joe and his staff to all my friends and anyone seeing my review. These guys are professionals!!!!!!

We had an expensive Carbon mountain bike stolen. The thieves cut the cable and broke the bike rack to get the bike. Joe helped us navigate our options for filing a claim. Once we filed we had a decision and settlement amount within 24 hours and a check and new bike within a week. State Farm is such a comfort when bad things happen. Never a hassle. We have all our insurance with State Farm, and even got a new truck with State Farm bank. Joe Andrus has been a caring agent who has walked us through all the questions to make sure we have the best coverage at the best price for our needs. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a new agent.
