NorthStar Financial is the absolute best. I am a new customer to the insurance agency. I was able to get great car insurance with Lori Henrie’s help. She was amazing, helping me to understand what insurance coverage I was going to be receiving. Tiffany Horsley did a wonderful job helping me to pick a health insurance plan that was best suitable for my needs. She is always available to answer any questions that I have. She took time to help navigate me though the website making sure I had all the proper documentation submitted. NorthStar Financial & Insurance is the type of agency that definitely wants to take care of us as clients. Best insurance agency I have ever worked with. I live on the other side of the state from them and get better service than anyone local I have ever dealt with. Super helpful in getting my insurance set up and willing to take the time to explain everything. When my insurance refused to pay for a surgery my son needed I called David and Tiffany for help. They immediately kicked into action to advocate for my son with the insurance. (I wouldnt recommend Molina insurance off the exchange) Ill swap to a new insurance carrier next open enrollment, but David and Tiffany will be my agents for life.
