BEWARE!!! This is the absolute worst company to choose for insurance. My agent did not add on uninsured motorist coverage or rental car coverage to my policy but charged me for it. Thanks to the incompentent agent who wrote my policy I ended up paying a higher deductible and had no car for over a month while my car was being repaired.......since the agent made several mistakes when writing my policy. Jerry was my agent. Smh. Screwed me over. I am absolutely cancelling this coverage and of course I will never renew!!!! Scam artists. YOU WONT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR....I am also reporting my experience to the BBB.

Our insured was in an accident with a Founders Insured whom caused the accident. This has been without a doubt the worst claims experience I have ever endoured as an insurance agent. The date of loss was 10/13/2013. My client has even received so much as a phone call from the adjuster!! I have left 4 voicemails and 2 emails with the assigned adjuster whom at this point I have to believe is not a real person. I emplor all of you to never give this company a penny of your hard earned money. They are the Worst!! The only reason I am giving them one star is because Google makes you click a star.

Tried to make a claim for someone running into my car while they feel asleep behixnd the wheel and these people got the cllaim wrong 3 TIMES. Making it to where we were the ones that ran into my car. We talked to 4 different people just to correct it. Then they were supposed to call within a week to tell us the progress of our claim and they never did so after two weeks we called them and then we had to get transferred to the surpervisor who hung up on us. This insurance company was the cheapest , and I guess we found out why....terrible.

This Insurance company sucks and very unprofessional! The staff is very rude. I will never give them Another dime nor recommend them To anyone. I wish I would have listen to others that were once with them. Cheap is not always the way to go.

I would not give this company a third of a star!!!! My husband has been waiting over two weeks to get his vehicle fixed from a hit and run driver! Poor customer service, definitely looking for a better company
