Terrible is little to describe. The Latino representative (I think Dominican) on several occasions I visited the office is always in a bad mood and mistreats all people. Actually I do not know how they can have people who are not qualified to work with public, if you do not feel able enough to do your job, please .... look for another ... The clients do not have porq to endure ill-treatment, without reason. Unfortunately for people like this, many businesses lose customers. A little while ago they have a very kind and helpful girl working there and thanks to her a little more enjoyable the visit for some reason to the office. The high, on one occasion I called porq I needed a data, and he did not want to answer me in Spanish, he only spoke in English, I continued to speak in Spanish and he continued in English ...... if he has it there must be For q its service is of excellence and q dominates both language, but it seems that day only spoke English. Pesima ..... 3 months ago I spoke to a representative and he gave me a quote for my 2 cars, and I guarantee that if I promised to move from my current insurance to c them, I not only respected that price, but q me I would improve it ..... today we talk and then tell me d give me price X over 200% d what q at that time we talked (d 107, 35 monthly to 210) .. q I should understand. ... understand that ... come to tell you that X moments seemed to be the subject of a joke ... conclusions ... that say q 2 cars X less d 100 usd a month ... hahaha ... and what Another ... those who change for freeway insurance says that they do X the price ... lol in my case ... I have been a completely satisfied customer from the moment I have started with Freeway Insurance of Tampa. They have a professional gentleman in that office that must truly be an asset to the company. He fully understands your needs and takes the time to fully explain any questions or concerns you may have. Not only am I happy with the services but many others I have recommended as well. He is a talented bilingual agent that speaks fluent english and spanish. I came into the office with my friends that have only been in America for a couple of months and only spoke spanish. They were super pleased with how informative, helpful, and patient he was. All of their questions were fully answered and on top of that guidance was also given on how to go about registering their vehicles since it was their first time insuring and registering a vehicle. I will definitely continue to keep recommending more of my friends to this office. I hope that this review can be of some help for those looking for an honest agent who really cares for his customers and goes above and beyond to help his clients to the best of his ability.

This is the WORST company you can have Auto Insurance with . Payments go up you ask them why they dont know. The employees at offices are the worst they are no help un professional.Free your way out of this insurance company ! .PPL look somewhere else for insurance
