DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! We signed our contract to remodel our kitchen in November 2016, planning to have our kitchen remodeled in June. We have been lied to every step of the way. First, they cashed our deposit check the next business day even though we asked them to wait a few days for our money to transfer from savings. Second, we were told someone would call in a couple weeks to make an appointment to remeasure our kitchen, but no one did. We called a month later and had to arrange the time ourselves. Matt L came out to measure and ordered door samples for us, which were supposed to come in a week or so. We waited 2 MONTHS and still never got them. We had to call the general manager to bring samples to our house to select the cabinet color and style. Third, we called in April to schedule our start date and talked to the new project manager, Jake. He said he was still getting organized and would call us back in a few weeks. He never did. When I called again, he said probably the end of June but he couldn’t give me a firm date. I’ve called several times since then and the date keeps getting pushed back because apparently it rained a lot this spring and our cabinets are on back order. It is now July and we still have no start date. We hired this company to reduce the stress of our renovation and to have it completed in a timely manner. They have not followed through on both points. I don’t even know if this company is legit or if our kitchen will ever get done. At this point we just want our $5000 back!

Run, I would give no star or a negative one if I could. This is 4 months from the contractual date for a roof and gutters. They did not show up or call on the start date. They just appeared 2 days late, never saw or spoke to any one. They left the dumpster in my drive way with a car in it. I assumed they were leaving it there for the gutter crew and was wrong. They planned on leaving it over labor day weekend. Got a hold of Rosie and they had no plans to pick it up. Told them I would have it removed for them if it was not gone by Friday. Well...this is 4 months out, almost paid in full, job not complete, no communication. No one returns phone calls including "the owner"...I was called and solicited on a monthly basis if not more. Once they recieved money and contract in hand...it all changed.... Go figure.

Signed contract and finance papers at end of February. Was not approved through their financing company and did not want to attempt with outside financial institution. Decided to cancel contract. Communicated with Bob Schafer both verbally and through text regarding cancellation. Still have not received funds for down payment that we made. Was told that they have to wait 10 business days before issuing check. No where in contract does it state 10 business days. Very unprofessional. Will not recommend.

Had 10 huge windows replaced at my house.... I had 3 bids from people I talked to at home show... they had the best price for a better window! They also got done in one day when everyone else said it would take 2. Very pleased with the sales guy, person that came out to measure and the installers! The windows look awesome and they even trimmed out an area for my shutters! Great job Integrity!! Calling you again for a sliding door! Neighbors have stopped by to compliment my house! Thank you!!!

Everything was the very best when dealing with Integrity. Sales, service James our installer was so helpful informative his name was James also great install job. Rosie in the office was always a pleasure to talk to, our messages always got delivered and returned. To sum this up when we are ready for future business will be Integrity for sure. From start to finish these guys were amazing! The office staff was fantastic. The workers were meticulous. We did windows and siding and their products are as quality as they promised. Communication is key in my book and it was on point along with everything else. Our sales rep was very knowledgeable and very considerate. Highly recommend - already thinking about my next project!

Worst experience ever. Bathroom remodel was supposed to take 2 weeks, instead took 2 months. We have had several leaks with the shower and toilet. 6 months later we are still having issues. Quality of work is awful. Estimate is $4,000.00 higher then anyone else. These guys will pressure you with false promises take your money and ruin your house. Do not use them!!!!!!!!

I will never use them again. For six weeks they have failed to show up to start work. Calling continuously and when they say they will show up they never do. Six weeks of this. Horrible company.

Soliciting at dinner time without a permit. Lied about his boss picking it up now, but given that it was 6 pm doubt the permit office was open. Not much integrity in the sales people apparently.

This company has went door to door in my neighborhood twice. Quite annoying. Crestwood has a ordinance that requires a permit for door to door sales.
