5 Star Customer Service!!! I went to Grand Rapids Marine, I talked to Justin Kurtz. He was friendly, straight forward, honest and very knowledgeable of the Marine Industry. Customer service is huge along with a quality product, Grand Rapids Marine has both, with their sales team and a lot to offer with their vast inventory, Justin had no problem finding the perfect boat for me "and in my budget" Overall my experience in buying a boat was a great one, I highly recommend Grand Rapids Marine.
