In this day and age of almost non-existent "quality" customer service...I just have to let you know how much I appreciated the service I received today. Michael and Heather came (on time!) to replace my thermostat. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional...answered my questions and had the thermostat installed in no time. They made a recommendation for future service (which I will definitely schedule)...and simply made the encounter a pleasant one. My first contact was by phone with Lisa...another person who clearly understands how to communicate with customers and provide great service. Thank you all...and you can be sure I will recommend you to everyone I know!!!

A few years ago we selected A Johnson Heating to install a new furnace and air conditioning system in our house. The price was on point and all the employees were helpful and polite. This week Sean Sill came to do yearly maintenance on our system. Not only was he knowledgable, he explained everything and took time to do a thorough job. Very professional company. Sean did the work and took the time to check out my furnace. I was with another company three years ago and the heat exchanger had a hole in it; I could have died. I had to get another furnace and A Johnson did all the work. I would use them again in a heartbeat!!
