May 10, 2017 Goodrich Roofing of Santa Fe completely replaced our roof eleven years ago. Part of our roof was peaked and required shingles; the other was “flat,” covered in tar and gravel. Goodrich had re-engineered the “flat” roof so that it drained properly. But time and Santa Fe’s climate had caused some leaks to appear. And there was a pesky leak in our dining room, which was partially covered by an upstairs deck, that no one had been able to find and completely eradicate in the twenty-six years we had lived in our house. We were more than pleased by the work that the Goodrich team did. The team not only fixed the three simple leaks, they also did basic maintenance by looking for potential leaks and flashing all around the parapets. The pesky leak required more work: taking apart part of the upper deck, finding and repairing the leak, and then reassembling the deck. On top of that, the workers resealed some high leaky windows (not in the roof) that we can no longer attend to. The night the men completed their work, Santa Fe had its first thunderstorm, which for us meant heavy rain and an inch of hail. But we had no leaks, not even in the dining room! Even though our roof was beyond the 10-year warranty, Goodrich treated it as if it were still within the warranty period and charged us nothing. Yes, it took two trips to get all the work done and our work was fitted in between larger jobs, but we were flexible. The workers were pleasant to deal with, they picked up after their work was done, leaving our property neat as a pin. Eventually we will need to replace our current roof. We will definitely go to Goodrich Roofing in Santa Fe.

I had the most pleasant experience working with Goodrich Roofing last week. I contacted Ricardo, the owner, and asked him if he could take a look at a leak where water was coming in through my ceiling fan. He said yes and had a crew at my house first thing the next day. His team lead was professional, courteous, and did a great job of explaining what the problem was and how they were going to repair it -- he even showed me before and after pictures! Although I hope to not have to call Goodrich Roofing again soon, they are definitely the company I will be calling in the future for any roof related repairs. I highly recommend this company. Goodrich Roofing of Santa Fe put the roof on the house I built in 1999. Seventeen years later with annual maintenance for a small fee, this roof is built to last. Apart from a solid foundation, I believe a reliable roof is the next most important part of any structure, and I am completely happy in the knowledge that my home and its contents are safe and secure against water, hail, wind and sun. And those pecking little birds! I have Goodrich to thank for this. Ricardo (Goodrich owner) has the finest crews in the roofing business you can find. They are technically proficient, polite and always on time.

These guys were great!! We just bought a foreclosed home and knew it needed a ton of work. They came out and told us it was in great condition. There were a few broken tiles but they explained it was all designed to drain anyway and that the tiles were mainly for looks. No need for change as yet. The Technician even told us that he wished that he could sell us something but we were in no need. I know that in any future events we will definitely be calling them back. Honest, punctual, friendly and thorough all the way around. It really put our minds at ease.

Goodrich Roofing did a good job with re-roofing our home. They are not always easy to connect with and generally have a very busy schedule - can take a few weeks until they do routine maintenance. Wish they would do stucco repairs at the border between roof and stucco.
