Our furnace quit working the first time we turned it on this Fall! We immediately called for quotes as the house was starting to get cold. Calling BW/Cook was an excellent decision! Noah came right out and assessed our heating and cooling needs, determined our old air conditioner was over-sized (common misconception that bigger is always better), and took time to understand our cost requirements. Unlike the other heating and air assessments we got, Noah completely understood how the furnace, air conditioner, and other components work together as a system in order to maximize efficiency and our energy rebate opportunities. He quickly helped us make trade-offs between system cost and rebates, a night and day difference to the other guys!! Jason and Rick came out the next day and installed our new units in just a few hours. They exhibited tremendous professionalism, working quietly and efficiently! The units look and perform great! You can tell they take great pride in their workmanship, ensuring no detail is overlooked. Two days later, Noah came back to inspect the job and answer questions. He also completed all the rebates for us so we didn’t have to struggle with the paperwork, nice! After this experience, BW/Cook will be our only call when we need service or new products. Their knowledge, cost, and service completely outperformed the company we used to go with. We were very impressed from start to finish, a very smooth process.

BW cook recently installed HVAC system in our home. Our experience with the company has been fantastic! Joe Bryant was very professional, thorough, considerate ,trustworthy and helpful. He has very good knowledge of the HVAC systems. He understood our requirements and recommended the right system for us. He was always available to answer our questions and provide solutions.Joe also helped us with the rebate applications which saved us a lot of time with assurance that we ll get maximum rebate possible for the installed unit. The installation team was also fast and efficient. Overall, we are very happy with the system installed and the service provided by BW cook. No wonder they are in business for so many years. We highly recommend BW cook for hassle free services!

Although every service technician from BW Cook over the past 4 years has been courteous and provided the necessary service, Mike stands out. We have always been happy with our technicians, but are truly disappointed with our actual unit. When we recently had yet another breakdown, he was unfortunately the one to hear my frustration. Mike took the time to explain mechanisms to me and replaced a faulty pump, assured me that he felt it was the source of our 4 years of troubles and answered all of my questions. This recent service call restored my hope that we made the right choice buying our furnace/AC unit from this service minded company!

I had a Air Conditioner inspection on 08/29. The man was pleasant and did his work quickly. No issues were found do to the unit being less than a year old. My only problem was that the Tech was very late. He was to show up between 2 and 4, but it was 5:30 before he showed up. Someone did call and say that he was late do to difficulties on their current call. I was getting a little irritated though. I was almost ready to cancel. I had worked during the morning and really wanted to just relax.

Had them quote a job and the price was outrageous. When I asked for a breakdown of the quote, I was rudely informed that they do not itemize quotes (shady business practice if there ever was one). I got another quote from a highly regarded plumbing and HVAC company for less than half the price of what was quoted by BW Cook. So, if you’re interested in highway robbery and/or having them bid your job high because it is below them, then you’ve found the right place.

Had a new furnace put in in March. Cook Service Experts where on time, explained everything they were going to do and did a great job in cleaning up. If you need to have a new furnace or have it serviced, I would highly recommend them. I just had my a/c cleaned and checked out this week. They did this for free since I bought the furnance from them. Very easy to make appointments with them either on the phone or by their website and they show up on time too.

I recently had BW/COOK out for a service call and would just like to comment on the experience. They were very punctual, courteous and stayed on task. Another thing that meant a lot to me, they cleaned up after themselves. The service technician was Mike Sailor and he explained everything he was doing and what I might consider for the future. I was pleased with the service and would refer them to anyone looking for heating/air work.

Never had a problem with our systems until we let BW into our house, the first time we figured it was a coincidence, the second time it seems obvious they are creating work for themselves. Called in a second furnace guy and he did it for 40% of the cost and was told the part that failed rarely does so and the only issue with it was the hole that BW put in it to temporarily "fix" it....

Derick was an absolute gem! He took time to explain everything to me, showed me what he was going to do, and very patiently and kindly answered all of my questions. He fixed the problem (gas leaks/plumbing) and thoroughly double checked to make sure everything was working right before he left.
