Early this year, We backed out the deal. The project manager rarely went to the site to see how things were going. Promise after promise, but Nothing changed. Paint looked awful inside and lot of areas outside (clumps, grit, drips, brush marks). The paint crew was unskilled, lazy, and just absolutely awful. There was caulk all over the siding and brick. They simply painted on top of it. There were rough spots all over the inside , and they sprayed instead of rolling so they have thick drops in many areas. My husband and I had been waiting 2 years for our dream house, but we backed out. I have researched and read reviews about this company. In the last 6 months to a year their standards and quality of work are extremely poor. It is really sad because this was the go to company at one time. I can post pictures of all the issues we had. We still have them.

I built a home with Manuel moved in April 15th,2010. Last week (05/17) my AC was cooling so called repairman. Added freon but he told me he cannot service unit after 2020. I will need both inside and outside unit changed because government changed freon. After digging he is right 2020 but surprisingly my unit the government stopped production Jan 1st 2010 before unit was placed in my home. That was never discussed with me I even upgraded my unit not knowing that I would not be able to service in 10 years. I called Manuel they said I had a 2 year warranty and they did not know it was discontinued. I am a single mom with special needs child that trusted Manuel and I feel they took advantage of that.

Will be closing on our new home in about 10 days and have nothing but positive things to say about Manuel Builders. Working with Manuel Builders staff has been a pleasure to say the least. Our building consultant, Candi, and our interior design consultant, Jordan, were so easy to work with. Always answered our questions promptly and no question was too trivial for them. The same can be said for our project manager, Brad, who was awesome! He always kept us up-to-date on the construction progress and was always up front with us about any delays. This was so important to us since we lived 500 miles away during the build. Could not have asked for a better team!!!

We had Corey as are main point of contact for the build and he was great. Marie was are first point of contact and she had to deal with our bank, which the bank was a pain, and she was great. Brittney helped us with selections and she was very good. Im not much of a interior designer and she was a huge help to my wife. Manuel was on point with everything they did. Our home turned out great. We also used John Younger Concrete Floors for the stained concrete and he and Mr Bruce Hargroder were great. The only issue we had is with the yard but that wasnt entirely Manuels Fault. Over all though it was a great expirence from beginning to end.

We have put off building for years because of the stress. This has been the best experience. Manuel builders has the greatest staff. They have always answered our questions quickly . They are very knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect home. When I questioned decisions , they were right there to help us along. Our slab was poured, house framed out, roof, windows and doors in a week. The workers are courteous and clean up after themselves. Our project manager keeps in contact with us at all times. I highly recommend Manuel Builders if you are considering building or purchasing a home.

The whole staff at Manuel Builders, from the Slab Manager to the ladies in the office to the Project Manager, were wonderful. They were professional, cooperative, and friendly.
