This company has taken care of our heating needs for eleven years now. Anytime we have issues they have came out that day to attempt or clear the problem. This past week our furnace went down and it was 29 degrees. They responded within an hour.When the problem would not clear the gentleman went out of his way to get a price on a new furnace and set up the install date the next business day. He even provided a space heater to help until they could get here to assist with out heating needs. The office staff and Sherry were all very helpful in getting all the financing and paperwork done quickly and efficiently. The installers were very polite and even cleaned up after they finished their work. They explained everything to us and made sure we understood how to prevent problems with the new system. No one wants to have to buy a new furnace during the winter months but they made it a breeze and the price was affordable. I would recommend them to everyone with heating needs.

We have lived in our home since 1986 and still have the original furnace and a/c unit. We have had both the blower motor in the furnace and the compressor motor in the a/c unit replaced, but knew we were on borrowed time. This spring was that time. We called UHC and they came out the next morning. We were given a price to repair but not a guarantee that it would fix the problem, they also gave us a price for a new unit and that is what we purchased. They installed the furnace within the next week because a cold spell was coming through. The a/c went in a couple of weeks later. Dean was very friendly and thorough in the installation and did not leave until we understood everything. Sherry in the office was one of the friendliest people we have encountered and made you feel like family. We have used UHC in the past and are completely satisfied with their service, friendliness and professionalism. We recommend them for any home repairs you might need.

I have been a satisfied customer of United Home Comfort since I bought my home 12 years ago. They have repaired my Lazy Susan cupboard, performed annual inspections of my air conditioner and heating system, performed annual inspections of my heating and air conditioning system. technicians have always been respectful, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. My dogs even love them, Steve in particular. Sarah, the receptionist and dispatcher, is smart, efficient and a great communicator, always polite and friendly. Sharon, one of the co-owners, has always been willing to work with me to see any of my projects completed. Very highly recommended. --February 2016

United Home Comfort first came to fix my old furnace that was not working properly. They did a great job and then I decided it really was too old to last another winter so I called them back to install a whole new furnace. They arrived on time and dismantled and took away the old furnace without any fuss or mess. Then they installed the new furnace, adapting it to the old ductwork. They made sure it was running properly for quite a while, and even crawled under the house to inspect the ductwork. The two workmen were polite, cheerful and respectful of each other. It was a pleasure to have them at my house. I would recommend United Home Comfort to anyone.

Would highly recommend this company. I purchased a new furnace and air system last year. Installers were great. Just this weekend I was changing a Thermostat and ran into an issue with wiring. Called the company expecting to pay weekend service pricing. Service man walked me through the wiring problem over the phone and problem was fixed so I had heat over the weekend. Instead of just coming out to the house and charging $$$$. The problem was solved and saved me time and money.

I have had both my furnace and, as of today, my AC replaced by United Home Comfort. They are exceptionally great to work with, their service is second to none, and their turnaround for installs is insanely quick! I cannot say enough about the great work done by Dean and Alex. Dean diagnosed the original issue quickly, and had a quote to me within minutes. Alex did a fantastic job with fabrication and the install of the new AC unit. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

United home came out and replaced all our plumbing and sewer lines plus our duct work ,hot water heater and garbage disposal, the guys were great at what they did, answered my questions and were friendly!
