This is absolutely the worst service company that I have dealt with living in Destin since 2006. I own a vacation rental company that services 150 homes locally and we use 6 different a/c vendors, Peaden is one of them. I began having a/c issues roughly a month ago and my home was not cooling below 80 degrees. Mind you I have a wife and 3 children under 5 in the home as well as my 80 year old mother-in-law. Peaden came to assess the situation and said that the entire unit needed to be replaced. The same day we approved a new unit. It then took them several days to replace the unit itself. The house was still not cooling for several days which we called daily. They promised they would arrive daily and it took them another 4 days to show up. At this time the tech said that the board for the dual zone control was bad. Once again we approved the board same day. I explained at that time that we had an infant sleeping in our room which was 82 degrees. It took another 20+ phone calls and 6 days to get the board installed. Of course, this still did not solve the problem and we were told that everything was working just fine multiple times by their techs. 20 phone calls and 3 days later we finally had the "engineer" show up. He said that the dual zone control was not working because the thermostats were switched and not in the correct locations. (They have not been moved and worked fine for 4 years previously) The tech was to come yesterday and change the locations of the thermostats and never showed. They were to arrive today several hours ago and never showed. Without a doubt this is the most incompetent service provider on the gulf coast hands down. Their techs are poorly trained as well as their "engineer". Google another ac vendor if you have issues.

Peaden is by far one of the larger more experienced AC Heat Companies in PC, They have serviced, repaired, and installed new equipment. The Service Techs are always polite and concerned about the way they enter and leave your home. They are competitive in pricing with all others but do an excellent job in making sure their work is correct and to your standards. Even the annual cleaning, they take the extra time to make sure everything is n good working order, and if there is a potential problem, they will bring it to your attention. I have been very please with their appointments, being on time, and the quality of their staff, I would recommend them to customers wanting service, new Units and just a professional firm

The original technician was very knowledgeable and very friendly. However he did not have a piece of equipment that he needed to prevent them from having to come back out the next day. The technician that came the second day also was very knowledgeable and very friendly as well as very professional. Management got involved and they were very helpful. And I appreciated that very much. They made me feel as if I was the most important person on their schedule for the day. The only thing that I am not sure about is when they are coming back with the new motor to be installed in my unit. I would like to receive and email referring to that. But overall very good experience.

Jaron arrived on time and called before arriving, was very polite and even took his boots off before entering the house, asked permission before entering any room in the house, and every question I asked, he replied with "Yes sir" As he completed the process he asked is there anything else he could take care of while here and then as I walked him to the front door he turned around and said I hope you have a great weekend and please call Peaden if you have any other electrical plumbing or air conditioning issues as we take care of all your home comfort needs.

Peaden kept me informed of when their technician Andrew would be arriving to my house. I was given a phone call that he was on the way. He was professional, knowledgeable and most importantly honest about my situation. He thoroughly checked everything on my unit to make sure it was operating at its optimal level. I have used them before and will continue to use them as long as they keep up their consistent level of service. So many HVAC vendors try to push their technicians up-sell you on repairs or equipment that you might not need.

Pete F. was great and I would give him 5 stars. He diagnosed the leak quickly and fixed it quickly. My issue is with scheduling. I was called and told by a different tech that he would be at my house in 10-15 minutes. 80 minutes later I called him and went straight to voice mail. When I called the office they said someone else would be coming, fine with me, and that he was on the way to my house. Great. He arrived more than an hour later. My bad for not asking for a specific time but on the way means less than a half hour to me.

Very pleased with the service KC and Ricky with Peaden gave me. Our AC issue was bigger than we expected, and they truly helped to try to get me a better deal. My only small complaint is the work we had done was not technically warrantied, although I do feel if we had a problem KC would come back out to make it right. This work was done to a home out of the state we are living in, and I do feel confident it was done correctly. Thanks You KC, Ricky, and the rest that helped figure out the problem, and fix it!

Be very careful when using this company! They will keep your credit card on file without your permission and try to charge it when you do not owe anything! They tried to charge me $795 to fix a rubber seal. When I called Kohler to get the price of the part it was $15. I called them back to question why they were charging me so much and the plumbing manager said because they had to pay for their overhead so they add to the price of the parts! Do not use this company for anything if you do you will regret it!

Called for a copper pipe water pinhole leak in my garage. Peaden could not come out that day, however, the next day was a sure thing. The next day came and went with no plumber, no call, nothing. Finally, on the third day, right before the close of business, Peaden shows up. For a pinhole leak that was exposed (dry wall I cut out) the charge was $194. It took the plumber longer to write the invoice than it did to repair it. I DO NOT recommend Peaden.

The instant hot water heater failed on a Sunday morning. We called Peaden and the Tech arrived within 2 hours. Unfortunately the unit could not be fixed and so we had to purchase a new unit from HD. Jeff returned later with Rob the electrician as the new unit required a different breaker. Our guest had Hot water again the same day. Thank you to Jeff and Rob for making this happen on a Sunday.

We hired Peaden based on our good experience with their plumbing services. Their electrician was also good today. He found a solution to the problems we had been having, was pleasant and knowledgeable, and the cost was reasonable. Peaden is good at keeping us informed about when they will come. We intend to continue using them and have scheduled air conditioner check up for next week.
