I had my fireplace serviced as the house sat vacant before us purchasing and fireplace had not been used in a few years.. Shawn was very professional and caring of the house. When all done, he took the time to answer all of my questions, explained issues that could happen in the future and how to take care of them. Had a problem with my fire place---come to find out-- I had two problems----however, Shawn (repair man) found the problems in a short period of time ---not only did He fix the problems---He answered four questions I had in detail--- and another thing I liked---soon as he walked in the door ---he removed his shoes and laid down a blanket in front of the fire place before starting to work--also, He was on schedule time as stated THANK YOU

Needed to have the spring in the garage door replaced and Home Lumber did a great job. They setup apt for Sat with no trouble. Called half hour before coming and showed up on time. Was very curtious and explained repairs needed. Did a very good clean job and at a great price. Highly recommended and would use again
