Let me first start off with saying I will not deal with any other company but these guys! They will make it all possible to make things right and ensure that the customer is happy with their product and service. My first unit installed by this same company lasted about 14 years, the system needed to be repaired. Which is the first time this system gave me any kinds of problem, since it was old I decided to replace it with a new one. I was given different options to choose from without being pressured to purchase. I finally had my system installed and they were extremely helpful with answering all my questions and returning a few months later when the system had a small glitch. These guys are very responsive and courteous. Again, I will not deal with any other company. Thank you, Mainstream!

I called mainstream during our first storm, upon returning home from work I discovered my heat was out. I was sure I would be told I had to wait until the next business day in order to take care of me. To my surprise a technician was at my home in under two hours and my heat restored before I went to bed that nigh. I am recommending mainstream to everyone I know in Clarksville. The technician was professional and knew what the problem was just by my description, I was not charged for services or parts that were unnecessary which happens a lot with more novice companies. If you value great pricing with outstanding service call Mainstream.

I have only used Mainstream for maintenance of two HVAC units for the last two years. Staff there has been outstanding from initial interaction to hands on labor. Technicians have been knowledgeable, friendly, on time, informative and most importantly do the job right. Rates for maintenance and service seem quite reasonable. Communication and making sure customer is happy seem to be high priorities. I definitely recommend Mainstream to my friends.

They came by a few hours after I called in and solved the problem the day of. The technician who came out was really great, very kind and worked hard to ensure our unit would work well. And their receptionist was super sweet and answered their phone everytime I needed to call (most places would take me to a third party answering service). I only got through to 2 other companies, but they had the best prices out of them all! Thanks so much!

My air conditioner broke and the men that come out were very kind and professional! They let me know what needed to be done. On the other hand the women that work in the office were rude and very unprofessional..they gave me a hard time about the simplest things! I believe this company would improve if those women were replaced!

very disappointed. I was charged for a capacitor and not given the old one. I was never given an invoice or any kind of paper work. The unit is still not working. I feel like I threw my money away and I still need to call a service man. Is there anything less than one star.

Air condition unit stopped cooling. I looked up Mainstream in phone book. They responded within 2 hours. It was a stormy afternoon but he worked out in the rain. The man was very informed on repairing ax units. He was also very friendly. Oh! He fixed the unit.
