PR Plumbing is very unprofessional and highly incompetent! I had a horrible experience with this company, and to this day I just get so frusterated that my homeowners insurance stuck me with this poor excuse for a company! A year later this company has not pulled their final permit with the building department, nor will it even pass without further work, and from reading the other comments, I see this is there track record. I would definetly think twice before using PR Plumbing, no no no I take that back simply, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If your homeowners insurance sticks this poor excuse of a contractor on you, you have the right to REFUSE AND CHOOSE A REPUTABLE COMPANY!

We just moved into a new house and had trouble with our heating unit and our thermostat. Benny came out the first time and found the problem immediately. He was professional, helpful, friendly, and he went over and above the call of duty by even finding an annoying noise after the unit was fixed! When we called the second time, he was just as wonderful as the first time. I felt that we were in good hands, and that being the professional that he is, that our service was fixed and fixed correctly! PR Plumbing / Benny will have customers for life with us! Thank you for everything!

Poor customer service, poor experience overall. we filed a claim with our home warranty company and got our heater replaced by this company. they did not do anything that they promised with permits, never followed up with the city, never did anything that they said they would do. We have filed a claim with the BBB and still do not feel that this company adequately did what they were supposed to do. Even the city permit department said these guys are known for pulling this. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this shoddy operation if you have any choice.

I made an appointmemt for a plumbing inspection for a house Im looking at buying. The owner, Dan (PR Man) arrived right on time and ready to go. He grabbed his gear and knocked out the inspection in no time using a state of the art camera scope all while he was explaining every part of the process and showing me the inside of the plumbing. Dan was extremely friendly and very proffesional. I would definately recommend PR Man Dan for any plumbing or Air conditioning need. Thanks again Dan it was a pleasure chatting with you today.

Plz read all reviews carefully. These guys have history of denying legitimate claims via warranty companies. Very unprofessional. They are the absolutely worst plumbing company of fresno. I had them through AHS for washer drain clogging and they denied and said they can do separately for 575 dollars!. My local plumber did for 140 dollars! This is the second time they have denied claims. Earlier it was for a different rental last year Trust me these guys are the absolute worst of worst!

Thomas was wonderful. He showed up with a great attitude, diagnosed the problem with my complicated hydronic water heater quickly and we had hot water and heat in the house 20 minutes later. This was especially meaningful as we had waited for 6 days for (another company) to find a part, when a part was not even necessary. This Company is very unprofessional. Parts of my home and attic are now flooded due to the lack of follow through and competency. It took several days for PR Plumbing to get the part to fix my heater and when they did do so I woke up the next day with ceiling and walls and carpet soaked with water. I would not use this company. American Home Shield refered us to this company. Oh they tell me now they will not take care of this flood....

I had two toilets that were leaking from the base fixed not long ago. They started leaking again so American Home Warranty sent out Thomas from PR plumbing. He arrived right on time and explained to me why the toilets were leaking again. He then promptly fixed both in a short amount of time. I would definitely recommend Thomas from PR plumbing; I know I will request him next time I have a plumbing problem.

Shower head was leaking. Called our home buyers insurance which contracted with PR Plumbing, Heating, and AC. The gentlemen called within 24 hours of me talking to the home buyers insurance (supposed to allow 24 hours). Scheduled a time and he arrived on time, was very professional, gave us a new shower head, replaced some O rings, and cleaned up after he left. Everything works great. No complaints. Thanks!

PR Plumbing was on time and very professional. Thomas was professional, courteous, and explained the whole process as he completed the job. Thomas really went the extra mile for us! My only recommendation to the company as a whole is to look into shoe covers when entering into someones home. That being said, I highly recommend PR Plumbing and ask for Thomas!

Rob left a few moments ago. Replaced 2 very old toilets and repaired 8 hose bibs outside. Very nice and professional and a wicked sense of humor. I always have great service with P&R Plumbing. The two guys who came out were David and Thomas for unit 3274-118 which was an under the slab leak and they fixed it and explained everything they did. It was a pleasure to deal with David and Thomas and would recommend P&R Plumbing to anyone who are looking for good work and qualified staff.

the absolute worst.the tech was an a@#$hole.came out to clear my sewer line all i heard was reasons why he could do the job.the office was not any help either.then they wanted a 75 dollar service fee for no work....the guy was at the house for 10 minutes...most of that time he was on the phone.....stay away from these fools
