The Bordner Group did a wonderful job of installing new windows on the front of my home(December,2104). The windows are "Infinity Brand" by "Marvin". The window frames are made of a material called "Everwood". The window frames(inside) were stained to a perfect match for interior wood design. The stain used was "Old Master". The company representative, Mr. Tom Barker, assisted me in selecting the windows, and the color/stain for the inside/outside window frames. His expert advice is greatly appreciated! The windows(replacement) has given the home a new look. I researched other window companies. However, I decided upon the "Infinity" windows, and the "Bordner Group" due to reputation, quality work, and warranty on the windows. When our home was built 12 years ago Bordner was the installer and supplier for the stucco siding and asphalt roof. Our home has sold and the inspection report indicated we had a pitted section of stucco around a metal light. I had a greater punch list of items and thankfully picked up the phone and called Bordner concerning the stucco. They asked what the other items where on the list and within five days had fixed windows, rotten wood, gutters & the stucco. Our roof and stucco has lasted 12 years with zero maintenance besides painting. The quality of there products and the manner they take care of existing customers is excellent. I rarely give recommendations but the longevity and promptness of their services have been flawless. I would highly recommend Bordner

Bordner did a great job in installing my new windows . The installer were very professional and worked around my busy schedule. I was able to feel the different that say day or getting the windows install. And will be looking forward to having lower energy bills. I really love my new windows. Larry came out to my place today and was fantastic. Your appointment setter told me that he would be at my place sometime between 7A-8A. When I hear that I always think it means he will be there just before 8AM or a little after. Well, Larry was in my driveway right at 7AM! That made me incredibly happy. We discussed the problem I was having, he got on the roof, figured it out and offered a solution. He also gave me some alternative that would save me a little money and I appreciated that. Had a great experience with Bordner from start to finish. My wife and I were in contact with Ted from the beginning and he helped us through the entire process; he even made sure to recommend the ice & water shield which is now a city code I do believe in Independence. State Farm paid for it as well once they were made aware. When I received the call to schedule our new roof installation, there was a cancellation and we had it done the next day! We had a little hiccup in the quality control appointment but once that was re-scheduled and completed we were very satisfied overall.

The overall experience and results have been great! Kevin, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable and honest. He did a very good job of explaining everything - and more importantly, of gaining our trust in him and the Bordner Group! The windows came in without any issues and the installation guys, Butch and Brian did a great job of installing! Ours was a big job in that we replaced all the windows in the house.....we trusted that they would do a good job - and they did. The windows and the house look great! We are glad we went with Bordner!

My windows leaked when it rained hard and neither I nor people I talked to could figure it out. It turned out the original installation was sub-par and the reason for the water coming in and soaking my drywall. Bordner came out and quoted replacement, and replacing some of the wood and stucco around the windows, which were water damaged. Their work was done with excellence. Everything matched the original, and best of all I have had no water leakage ever since. I whole-heartedly recommend Bordner if you want the job done right.

From the initial contact to sales representative Wyatt, to the window installation team led by Tim, the stucco team project and scheduling management. Great experience from the first call I made to the office, to the bath designers visit, to the install. All work was done very professionally, on time and for the exact agreed upon cost. Bordner did a great job installing our roof. It looks good and we have had no problems during the spring rains. Our salesman Ted Weismeyer did an excelent job. He got the insurance company to write two more checks for things the adjuster missed which saved us over $600. Ted also looked at the hail damage to our nearby church and we plan to use him to fix the damage there too.

Thanks to Bordner Installation Group for the great work. The sales rep, Kevin Anderson, has been great to work with. Very helpfully in finding the best roof replacement solution and financing.
