I would like to comment on the excellent service I received from Jonathan when he came out to inspect my attic and give me an estimate to remove and replace insulation. When Jonathan arrived, he greeted me very pleasantly and made me feel very comfortable. Jonathan was extremely patient and listened to all of my concerns regarding my attic and answered every question. Jonathan’s inspection and assessment was informative and honest. Jonathan did not try to sell me services that I did not need nor did he attempt to convey I had problems that I really did not have. I had concerns about the sanitizer that would be sprayed in the attic and Jonathan pulled up the type of sanitizer the company uses on his cell phone so that I would feel comfortable that no toxins would be used. Jonathan said that he did not see any evidence of rodents but let me know that upon removing the old insulation and cleaning the attic, if there were any holes , repairs would be made to ensure a protected attic. At the end of the inspection, Jonathan gave me his business card which included his cell phone number; Jonathan told me to call him any time in the event that I had any questions. I called Jonathan several times with questions and he always availed himself to any and every question I had. I am very satisfied and confident in the superior representation that I received from Jonathan.

I called Atticare for a free estimate and they sent Dave to do an inspection. Dave was such a pleasure, so thorough with his report, showed me pictures of the attic and literally answered all my question and concerns. He assured me that everything would be taken care of. I also had a time limit in which it needed to be done, he promptly called his office to check for date availability. His quote was great, the day he could come was great so I booked his company. The crew showed up all very courteous and friendly. They went right to work , taped and blocked other rooms with plastic to avoid cross contamination. Took out all the old insulation and poop and disinfected then installed my new insulation. Throughout the long day, the crew still kept up their spirits and smiled on a regular basis, they even showed me pictures throughout the day. Dave came the next day to follow up to make sure I was happy and yes I was! He made sure to ask us about the crew and made sure that the crew made it safe for my family and I. My family and I seem healthier now because the old infected insulation is gone and the house stays much warmer! Thanks so much for a GREAT service! A+++++ Highly recommended!

My family recently bought a house with an attic that looked like a disaster. Basically the attic was not maintained for nearly 55 years. There were many old pieces of luggage, personal old useless items, many rat droppings, and old insulation that was chewed up due to the rats. Atticare was a godsend! Kobi, a technician, came by accurately found the openings the rats came through and came up with a clean up plan. He and Scott the manager kindly matched competitors and gave a very reasonable price for the work. I was impressed at how quickly the company is accessible for questions/concerns and available on the weekends. A fabulous team led by Walter came to my family home on time on Super Bowl Sunday! They worked very diligently, effficiently, and hygienically removing the waste, finding and patching the holes to prevent rat entries, replacing and removing old insulation with new, and disposing of the waste in a sanitary manner. Walter and his team are very dedicated, knowledgable, courteous, and kind. In summary, I give Atticare raving reviews with an A++++ in service, and they are the best in the business!

My experience with AttiCare LA was nothing less than Excellent !! Dave who first came out to inspect and evaluate was great. He was very professional and honest, showed pics and gave his honest opinion. He was not pushy and was not trying to just sell. You can definitely see care when I mentioned clean safe environment for my children. The team that actually did the job were No less then Excellent as well. From the initial call in the morning that they were "44 minutes away "all the way thru the day to the end. Only a pro gives tries to give exact time and exact info.... Edwin who was the team leader was great and his crew were as well. Bottom line ,?not blowing any smoke Dave , Edwin, the entire crew and even the customer service personal were just excellent !! I highly reccomend this company and especially this group , Dave, Edwin, Amber,, etc.....that see the job to be done perfectly from start to finish.

We have a hundred-plus year old home with a huge attic. After several past efforts, we had finally forced our resident bats out, not to return. However, they had left us with a terrible attic mess, mixed with old insulation. Some of the guano had piled over original, live, knob and tube wiring. In brief, a challenging clean-up. But with a very professional can-do attitude, Atticare provided a thorough estimate and was able to schedule us quickly. The equipment used was sophisticated; the haz-mat team, installers, project manager were all respectful of our home and completed their amazing clean-up and new insulation work in one day. Possible re-entry points for rodents were carefully sealed off. The two issues we had with disturbed wiring were quickly repaired by a highly qualified electrician. Our project manage, Taylor, was especially helpful and responsive. It is our pleasure to highly recommend this company.

Dave and Atticare saved us!! We had our entire attic replaced with new insulation and air ducts, which are now hung from the rafters granting easier access to all attic areas. My previous situation included blown in insulation on top of rolled insulation and it was a mess. Atticare took care of the entire situation in 1 day including disposing of old asbestos air ducts and insulating some areas that previously did not have insulation. Their prices are so reasonable this is a company that actually cares. Dave made sure we understood what needed to be done by walking us through all the pictures and really taking the time to walk us through everything! Every worker was efficient, kind, and hard working. They left our home as clean as how they found it and I would recommend this company to anyone needing this type of service. Bravo Atticare!

Atticare sent Dave to conduct my attic inspection and I am so beyond happy with him and his customer service. I just had my attic inspected, cleaned and new insulation put in by Atticare. I was so impressed by the professionalism of Dave and his crew. He explained the process, showed me pictures of the damage done by rodents that have been living in my attic off an on for years. Very impressed that they explained everything in detail. Gave me an estimate up front and scheduled the clean up within days. An excellent company - everything was left so clean that you could not even tell that anyone was in my house! The team works tirelessly and with smiles on their faces. Guys were great. I called Atticare for an estimate and did not expect an inspection of my attic. All previous quotes I received were over the phone and included conversations about things they did NOT do. Kobie came out, did his thing and gave me his analysis. From being up in the attic a short time before, I kind of had an idea of what I had to deal with. Kobie was honest about the work that had to be done, which is key for any sort of transaction. I appreciate how neat they were and when they did make a minor mess they were really quick to clean it up. They kept us updated with pictures after each task was completed which was GREAT. I would definitely contract them again.

I strongly recommend this attic cleaning service company because they are professional, efficient, and the communication is clear and understandable. Ben and the crew were well organized and kept the work area covered with plastic sheets. The crew was very careful and thorough in removing my problem from the attic and after they were done, there was virtually no clean up. It only took them one whole day to give me back my peace of mind about my little attic problems ;) Ben and Mabrize were in contact with me throughout the entire process and I felt like I was in good hands. I received a coupon in the mail for a special on attic cleaning, so I called and booked an appointment for my small rental unit in LA, Dave came in cleaned my tiny attic and left me as a very satisfied customer, he also provided me with pictures of before and after and wow I am impressed. I decided to have him come take a look at my house in the valley because I heard scratching coming from the ceiling. Long story short I had rodents - he booked me for 2 days later - the crew was beyond professional - I just could not be more pleased! This team has everything mastered. From the beginning, detail on their process, pictures of other jobs, demonstration of expertise in their field, absolutely perfect. The value for the price is understated. The day of the job they were punctual and they started right away. Extremely satisfied with Dave and Atticare service! I first called to receive a quote for clearing and installing new insulation for my attic. It was easy to set up an appointment over the phone. As a first time client, I was a bit nervous about this project but was blown away by the results. I did not have to do anything! They showed up on time and were very professional. They completely cleared and cleaned the space. Installed the new insulation and disposed of the previous ones. Great job by these guys! All I can say is WOW. First and foremost I have to a give special thanks to Dave for his excellent customer service and professional demeanor! We did remolding for our attic and our crawlspace and that to Dave and the crew from Atticare we can now save money on our electric bills. Atticare came and cleaned everything, sealed the entire attic and crawlspace from rodents coming in. Dave introduced us to a product called a radiant barrier which we had no idea there was anything like that around. The job was done quickly and professionally and best of all pricing was great! While doing the agreed upon work, Miguel and team were courteous and very respective of home and kept the home very clean during the entire process. They also explained all of the work that they were doing and showed me pictures during all phases of the job. They completed the job rather quickly and within the time window that they told me upon arrival at my home. First night in the home after the work, and I could definitely feel a temperature difference with the newly installed insulation. I hired Atticare to remove our old insulation and rodent proof our attic. I was very pleased with the whole operation. Dave came and gave a thorough inspection and his price was fair (I had gotten several estimates and quotes ), and they were available to complete the work within days of hiring them. The workers were friendly and took care to cover the items around the access to the attic. They worked efficiently and completed the job in 1 day. There was no trace they had been here when they completed the job. They cleaned up nicely. Their service worked out for us!

Thank you Atticare for treating my home like it was your own! Let me start by saying that Dave did such a great job explaining that my insulation was old and that the rodents in the attic were eating away at the current insulation, Dave showed detailed pictures of what he found in the attic. He then gave a detailed solution, the price was fair and they had availability to get my job in that same week. The crew came and did an excellent job, happy and knowledgeable.
