Robert Antonson and his crew were great. They arrived on time, explained everything they were going to do, did all the work and then reviewed everything with us when they were done. Did a fantastic job on installing 3 new sumps and a radon abatement system - it all looks great and is exactly what the salesperson said it would be. No bait & switch stuff with this company. Of all the house work we have had done over the years, they were the cleanest and most respectful of any workers. Laid down floor covers, swept, everything. Super friendly and nice.

We had Complete Basement Systems fully waterproof our basement over ten years ago. We have not had a single water/moisture issue in the basement since. The basement is now finished with sheetrock and Pergo floors, and we have no concerns that any of that is at risk of water damage. Complete Basement makes annual maintenance visits and has ensured that our system continues to be operate optimally. They made our basement a fully functional space; we would recommend them to anyone!

Rodney Pfarr, the foreman for the company came to my home and installed a complete basement system. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Him and his crew took extra effort to assure the dust was contained in my basement and off the items I left in my basement. I would highly recommend him and his crew. As for the system, I will have to wait until spring to see if it resolved my wet basement issues. Thank you Rodney and crew.

Dylan Woitas, the foreman for the crew who came to work on my house did an excellent job. They came in and were very friendly, efficient, and clean in their work. They made sure things were kept as they were when I left them to do the work and I was very satisfied with both the indoor waterproofing work they did as well as the outdoor ground work they did. I would hire them back any time. I would recommend this crew to any family.

We recently had a pump motor replaced (Fall 2015) and by April 2016 the pump failed - and there was no power failure. Due to the poor installation, our basement flooded ! The company was poor to follow up and provided zero compensation for the newly installed pump or the damage it did to the basement. I would never recommend this company to anyone

Nate is the BEST! I have been a customer for many years and see him for maintenance checks. I like working with Nate. He is honest and I feel I am treated with respect. Being a female, many contractors try to take advantage of me, however, I have never had that issue with Complete Basement. I am getting quotes on two new basement windows now.

Luke and his crew did an excellent job, explained everything and found the real problem that had been giving us trouble. They were very considerate about cleaning up also. My aunt was told someone would come over today at noon. When I got home from school at noon no one showed up. So at like 4:20 she calls to see if someone was coming. She was told a guy is on his way now. Well guess what its now 5:14 and NO ONE SHOWED up. My aunt and I are NOT happy about this!
