Glad we chose Airco. I’m glad we chose Airco to replace our home’s central heating/air conditioning system. We considered four companies. Airco wasn’t the lowest or the highest, but gave the best value overall, with no tricks or hidden costs. They gave us several options and helped us understand the cost/benefit of each so we could make an informed decision. The best validation came from the independent engineering company which evaluated our home for energy efficiency ten years after Airco installed our system. We asked the engineers if we had the right size and type of unit and if the installation - including ductwork and returns – was done properly. They said YES, you got an excellent job. We thought that was a powerful, unbiased endorsement, ten years into the life of the system! They’ve been extremely helpful with after-service, too. They’ve been in business a long time and treat us like they want us as customers for life.

Fabulous service and the BEST people! Just had new a/c system installed and this was the easiest repair service I have ever experienced. The people are stellar! Everything was clearly explained and all my questions were answered quickly. The installers were friendly, cheerful and efficient -- they even introduced themselves and shook my hand to begin the process. I always felt comfortable with them in my home and after they left you would have never known they were here...except the house is cool again! And I received a great price on an upgraded unit with no hassles. Albert, Scott and Carlos put me at ease, made me feel appreciated as a customer and did what they said they would do in a timely and efficient manner. What a great company that I highly recommend!

I highly recommend Airco. My air conditioning and heating unit was installed by Airco through my builder. I only had to have minor adjustments made to my unit. Whenever I have contacted their office, the administrative reps are very helpful and knowledable. They scheduled my non emergency appointments with a quick turnaround time. The techs that came out to my house were very professional and efficient. I continue to use there service in order to maintain my HVAC system. I purchase my filters through them, and they have competitive pricing, plus they have my unit records on file and can tell me exactly what filter I need, in the case that I do not have my measurements on hand. Sandy from Air-co came out to give me a quote. She was very friendly and considerate. I asked many questions and decided to go with Air-co mainly because of Sandy. I felt that she would take care of any problems that I would encounter and she did. Installation was a breeze with 2 units installed. They checked and rechecked on me and the install. It did take 2 days but it was alot to install. I have had them 1 year to date and have only had 1 problem which after talking with Sandy was taken care of. I have saved over $100 a month with my electric bill. I am so GLAD I went with Air-co. I would recommend to anyone and have. Thanks Air-co and Sandy!!!

We recently had AirCo come out to our house to install new air conditioning units. We could not have been happier with the whole process. The service techs showed up on time and they even finished early! When they left the house was cleaner than it was when they showed up! They did an incredible job cleaning up. Since their installations our home has never been more comfortable. It’s unbelievable. They installed a digital thermostat that is incredible. It’s awesome. I would recommend AirCo to my best friends. They do the job right

Airco is terrible!!! We had a brand new heat pump and air conditioning system installed in July of 2011. The day after the install, the air went out in the 110+ heat we were having. It took them 2 more trips out to get it fixed over the next week or two. Since then, the unit has malfunctioned 4-5 times. Every time they come out, they have to order a part. When they finally bring the new part out, they tell us something else is wrong and have to order more parts.

We had Air Co supply our company with two new A/C units in 2006 for our $8000.00 Sq. Ft Shop. One month ago one of our units stop working. The Unit had a drain line that was clogged up. Their Service Tech Cleaned out the line and showed us the way to prevent this from happening again. He filled out the invoice and it said " no charge". We made the call out to them and the were responsive and considerate to our needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Their service tech came out on Saturday 7/24. He was on time and courteous. He was supposed to remove the old motor and install a new one. After 15 minutes, this is no joke, he said he was all done and left. On Sunday, 7/25, I lost A/C completely. Thanks Airco. Your deceptive practices and aweful work have left me in the TX heat, in the dead of summer, with no A/C. RIPOFF!!! Do not use these people.

I have no idea what the bad reviews are about, I had about 3 different technicians come out and explain exactly what the problem was and fixed it same day. Everyone of them walked me through the process (which I understood before they did) and fixed the problem. They were professional and genuinely nice guys. Do not let the negatives reviews fool you. My service call was great, simple and to the point.

I highly recommend Airco for A/C installation and/or repair. They installed a heat pump system for me 6 years ago & the fan motor went out. Airco sent David Jones out & he quickly diagnosed the issue and had the motor ordered right away. David came back after 6pm to install the motor. Excellent service! David has a terrific sense of humor and is dedicated to taking care of his customers.

Called them to check on warranty service. Told me date of installation was 6/6/2006 when in fact I have picture of the house on 6/10/2006 and no unit was present. Then told me the unit has only a 5 years warranty not the 10 years that Trane posts on their website. After looking at the other reviews will stay away from this company.

Airco really came through for me. My air was down and I called and their customer service was very informative and they came out the same day. The technician took tome to explain my system breakdown fixed it the same day. I highly recommend them!! I will defiant used them again.

Quoted one price over the phone, but when the tech showed up he quoted a price 100+ more than original quote. For the same simple job! Called office to inquire about the price difference and they were very unapologetic.
