Key exteriors promised a roof according to contract in under two months and it took seven to replace the existing roof. They misled about one product in the initial consultation (to be fair, that salesperson is no longer with the conpany), installed one roof incorrectly (which they came back and fixed, and the roof leaked in a recent particularly bad storm. With that said they have worked very hard to remedy the situation, and came out immediately after the storm to fix the leak.

These folks keep telemarketing my phone for windows and other home improvements. When asked to be removed from their list- they promptly disconnected the call. If they handle a remodel as unprofessionaly as they telemarket- be prepared for a botched job.

Horrible, sloppy, work. They are rude and have no customer service. No desire to come back to fix their sloppy work. Find someone else, anybody else.
