The Fat Theist

Dennis was the supervisor who worked on our project. Our project consisted of a new ac unit, replacing the roof insulation, sealing the ducts, installing a new bathroom fan, and doing some other airflow improvements (bypass, etc). They did a great job from start to finish. Work: They were pretty fast. They got everything done in about 3 days. They had a team of guys working and everything was done to my standards. (The insulation was not done completely but they came back out and corrected it upon request.) So, after everything was said and done it was a great experience. Communication: The office was really great at scheduling everything for me. They were willing to work completely around my schedule and came out to me for any signatures that were needed. The workers always communicated with us on what they needed. We even expressed that the baby would need to take a nap at a certain time so they adjusted their work to be finished in that room by the time we requested. Awesome! Professionalism: They were really great here. They always put down plastic anywhere that they would be walking inside the house. Then at the completion of each day they would vacuum the floor where they worked. They worked around us well. We were home with 3 kids everyday and they were very respectful of what we were doing. All of the workers were very respectful. I really appreciate everything and I look forward to seeing my electric bills going down this summer!

We had tried a few other companies but after a few months the air would gradually warm up. We decided to try Advantage Home Performance and they found that one of the lines was being broken by our kids when they were playing ball and so Advantage repaired the line, and then built a cover to protect the line from future damage, fixing the root cause of the problem. This is a company that solves problems and looks at the whole picture instead of just fixing the symptoms. Prescott Area Womens Shelter Outreach

Advantage Home Performance company came to our shelter to upgrade and replace two HVAC units, installed insulation and fixed our duct work. They were always prompt and left the work area clean. The team was very professional and knew what they were doing. It was a pleasure using this company to get this work done on our shelter. They were easy to work with, gave us the most reasonable bid to do the work and then billed us once the work was complete and knew our systems were working well! I built a new home near Prescott in 2016. After getting 3 quotes from area installers, I chose Advantage because they knew what I wanted, sized the unit properly and were less than half of the highest installer, who wanted me to install a unit twice as big as I needed. They showed up and did all work on schedule, were neat and professional. After more than 14 months of operation, everything that I was told is true. The unit extremely quite, it heats and cools comfortably, and is cost efficient. I have recommended them to neighbors and will continue to.

AHP installed 2 Lennox 2-stage units for us. We live on a steep hillside so access was difficult. They used a crane to exchange the old and new equipment. The work was completed timely and professionally and the crane operations were handled with great care. We had a few minor punch-list items but those were resolved quickly. We would recommend AHP as a source for your HVAC needs. Their pricing is competitive and their standard contract is simple and straightforward. We will definitely use AHP in the future.

Advantage Home Performance installed a "split" heating/cooling unit in our home over a year ago. The unit has proven to be properly sized for our needs and has functioned well. The installation was done in a very tidy manner. One follow up problem with a cracked copper coupling device on a drain line had to be replaced.
