Ethan has completed two refinance mortgages for me and both at challenging times in my life. While both matters had a very good outcome, I could not have done it without him. Ethan is extremely knowledgeable, patient and understanding. He took the time needed to listen to my questions and concerns, analyze my situation and provided real achievable options and solutions that got me back on track. Not only did Ethan answer all of my questions, e-mails and phone calls promptly, he assisted in my information gathering and kept in close contact throughout the entire application process to ensure that my rates were locked in and my closing was on schedule. The Mortgage and refinancing business is not just a job for Ethan, it is his passion and he is extremely good at what he does. At no time did I ever feel like just a number or just another mortgage as he really took the time and made me feel welcome and comfortable through the entire process. This is the only place to go to for a mortgage. I was in the process of re-financing my home with the company that held my mortgage since I purchased my home 6 years ago. They strung me along for almost 6 months and kept asking me for more and more and nothing was getting done. I was so discouraged that I was willing to just give up and keep my rate. I was referred to Ethan by a friend, so that was my last attempt and it could not have went better. He explained Ethan as honest and non-stop. That is exactly what I experienced and he has become a friend. He told me exactly how everything was going to happen, when it would happen, drove to me to pick up anything he needed and I closed on my refi 2 weeks and 1 day after the first time I spoke with Ethan. He is just a good person and even got involved in a toy drive that I participate in for a local town. It is hard to find people that are honest and have your best interest at hand, so if you have dealt with another company and have been discouraged, do yourself a favor and give Ethan a chance to help you.

Ethan has done two refinance mortgages for me. The first time, I didn’t know Ethan, but, he assured me that I would not regret using him to refinance. His assurance turned out to be an understatement! Ethan worked tirelessly to get my refinance done in three weeks. It didn’t matter what time of day, Ethan was available to answer any questions I had, and I had many. The refinance was as smooth and seamless as he said it would be. He went over several different scenarios with me and helped me decide on which one would put me in the best situation.
