I had a great experience with province mortgage.after allowing myself into a mortgage rate of 7 and trying to refinance I was unable to because of some issues.I decided to give Gerald Maguire a chance after he was recommended to me.Gerry was able to get through all my issues and get me a rate lowered by 3 points.Gerry was always accessible to me.Gerry was very honest and explained everything to me and answered all my questions.Gerry always made sure to call me on Friday afternoons to update me and give me any good news which made my weekends better.the staff at province mortgage were also really great to work with especially Cheryl who was very accessible to me and was able to assist with any questions I had about any needed documents.I encourage anyone looking for any mortgage needs to use Gerry and his team at province mortgage. I refinanced my home through Ed and have no negative experiences. Ed comprehensively described the process and all of the forms at a very understandable level. He very promptly answered all of my phone calls, e-mails, text messages, etc. whenever I had a question about something during any time of the day. He demonstrated honesty in many facets including carefully reviewing and explaining my loan application and closing documents with me to make sure that I was fine with everything. He made sure that I provided the necessary documents and was well prepared for the process - this was proven by the quick time frame in which my application was approved - 3 weeks.
