I was introduced to John Mcnulty through the relocation company before we moved to San Diego from Midwest. For nearely two years, John kept us abreast of the mortage market trends and conditions. When we finally pulled the trigger in buying a property in April 2009, John worked dilligently to secure a best loan package for us based on our needs. Even when the bank was falling behind in funding the transition, John worked hard to make sure that all sides stayed informed and engaged. Ultimately the transaction was closed without much trouble. John is interested in building a wonderful relationship with his clients, not just rushing a loan though and making a buck. I would definitely recommend John for your next mortgage needs.

I have now done 2 loans with John and I have to say that his service and knowledge is second to none. The last loan was a very difficult vacation home loan that had multiple very difficult hurdles thrown at it.
