@Jerad Kinney at Academy Mortgage was wonderful to work with. Small town service with large corporation support made me feel I was a customer not a number in the system. The thriftiness of overall process was like no other. This is my third home purchase in my life and Academy stands apart from my previous experiences. First, my loan officer made sure to give me a heads up of all the documents needed to make sure the approval process was more timely and painless. Additionally, the inter-workings of the office staff made sure to be in prompt contact when documents were required. Furthermore, their assistance to suggest correction of outdated documents from my wife and I gave me the piece of mind that nothing would be held and closing would stay on schedule. Nice job Academy! Oh, and your smart phone app is very useful too!
